Follow up training and nutritional advice.

Follow-up workout routines and nutritional plans are available in order for you to maintain your fitness lifestyle. Programs will be based on 4-6 week cycles. (Remember: The body responds best when programs are varied). At the end of your cycle, it is advised that you contact us to provide feedback, and to receive a new program. The cost of a follow up program is $US 50.00 per cycle.
